I enjoy finding stories hidden in data and turning them into insights that make a difference. Each project and internship has taught me something new about data, teamwork, and myself and I’m excited to keep exploring how data can help solve real-world challenges.

Project: Sentiment Analysis of Student Perceptions toward Moodle-Based Blended Learning in Higher Education

  • Cleaned and preprocessed unstructured survey data for analysis.
  • Applied k-modes clustering to identify student behavior patterns toward blended learning.
  • Performed NLP-based sentiment analysis on open-ended survey responses.
  • Developed a Power BI dashboard with refreshable data for real-time visualization and insights.

Outcome: Delivered actionable insights into student perceptions, highlighting trends and key concerns regarding Moodle-based blended learning.

The developed linear regression model demonstrated promising performance on the testing set, highlighting its potential for accurately predicting students' performance based on various features. This predictive system offers valuable insights for educational institutions seeking to optimize academic outcomes.

Driver Drowsiness Detection

Technologies: Python, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hadoop, Arduino

  • Built a computer vision pipeline trained on large eye closure and yawning image datasets, utilizing HDFS to scale experiments.
  • Evaluated multiple deep learning and traditional models; top CNN model delivered significantly higher accuracy than classical baselines.

Outcome: Integrated real-time inference with an Arduino-based buzzer, providing low latency alerts to improve driver safety.

Traffic Sign Detection and Recognition Project

Project Highlights:

  • Real-time traffic sign detection using YOLOv8 deep learning framework.
  • Custom convolutional neural network (CNN) model developed in Keras for traffic sign classification.
  • Integration of detection and classification pipeline to analyze images and videos.
